In a saturated feed, publish stand-out videos with the perfect attention-grabbing thumbnail image. Right in Publisher, you can now select which part of the video to use as the thumbnail for your Instagram videos. To choose it, simply drag the slider along your video and stop when you find the best choice. Then select Use Video. Your video with the chosen thumbnail will appear in Publisher and you can finish up your post with killer copy. Note that it’s not possible to upload a custom thumbnail image.

Here’s looking at you, community managers. Interacting with fans and followers just got savvier, saving you sweet, sweet time. Right in your Incoming feed in Community, you can now also manage comments coming in on your Instagram boosted posts and Ads. Having all comments available in one centralized place is key to keeping processes speedy and followers happy.
To manage these new comments, make sure you have your ad account that you use to publish Instagram Ads connected to Suite.
Two details to also note in relation to the API: Replies, or 2nd level comments, will not appear in the Incoming feed. Also, you will be able to post comments, but not replies.

Teams can organize discussions and land on the best matches using Influencer Collections. With the introduction of status markers and breakdowns, it’s now easier track the stages of validation and analyze your shortlist by specific attributes.
In Collections, use statuses to track and organize the decision-making process about the various validation stages, including Research, For Approval, Approved, Contact, Deal, Declined. Create your own validation status names based on your unique team processes.
Using Breakdowns, group influencers within Collections by certain attributes, such as these statuses, or even age or gender for a clearer view on the types of influencers who’ve made it this far. With breakdowns, it’s easier to analyze and benchmark your options based on key information.
