YouTube Influencers Now in Influencer Search and Discovery

How Does it Work?
- Unique Search – Search the database for YouTube influencer profiles (3.5 million) and discover which influencers your audience trusts. Search by channel name, video titles, channel subscription, subscriber count, YouTube video category, interests, country, average video length, and posting activity.
When you enter a combination of keywords or criteria, the smart search always displays the most relevant results first. For instance, if you’ve entered a few countries and interests, the search will look for channels which are linked to the highest possible number of those countries and interests. You can also sort results by unique criteria, such as micro and macro choices, depending on your unique objectives
Performance Score – Use the powerful score to understand a YouTube influencer’s relative performance in an unbiased way. The score uses counter-spam measures and takes into account key KPIs such as video views, engagement (likes, dislikes, and comments), posting activity, and the ratio of likes to dislikes

Reply to Facebook Comments as Direct Messages
You now have more options when it comes to responding to fan queries as it is now possible to respond to a Facebook comment in a Direct Message. This option helps community managers respond to sensitive comments or improve crisis management in a more discreet manner.
When you select this option, the reply will automatically be generated as a Direct Message. Once a user responds to a Facebook comment using a Direct Message, a note indicating that ‘page responded privately’ will be added underneath the comment. Other users therefore know that this particular query was taken care of.
