In light of Facebook’s changes announced recently, we want to share how the changes may affect your Socialbakers Suite experience. Read on to find out about the three key updates:
- When searching for a new competitor’s Facebook Page, in some rare cases you may be required to use the full Facebook Page URL instead of only the Page’s name (e.g. http://www.facebook.com/your-page-name).
- Management of direct messages for newly added Pages to the Community section is temporarily unavailable. Pages currently managed in Community are not affected. We’re in contact with Facebook to learn when this functionality will be available again.
- Instagram profile monitoring will soon be limited to Business profiles only. If you monitor non-business profiles, please request the profile owner to upgrade the profile to a business one.
