Can you believe 2017 is already over? We definitely can’t. Also, 2018 is already in full swing and so are we when it comes to the updates to our Suite. See what new additions we have included in our product to help you build effective social media marketing.
Community Reporting
Thanks to the new Community Reporting addition to Dashboard, you can easily analyze the performance of your Community care teams and follow trends in topics your fans discuss.
We are introducing a new set of Dashboard widgets allowing you to track statistics across your combined Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Google+ profiles. You can add these widgets freely to any Dashboard you have created or will create in the future.
Not sure how to start? Simply try creating a Dashboard by using our new Community Performance preset template. Go to Add > Dashboard > Community Performance, which can be found at the bottom of the page.
Trending topics
We believe that when it comes to community care, it is vital to understand the mood of your audience as well as the topics they are currently talking about. Thanks to the Content by Labels widget, you can now find the answers to all of the above topics as well as the following:
- Are the number of complaints decreasing?
- What are the trending topics?
- How many fans participated in our competition?
Every conversation, comment or post you have labeled (e.g. “compliment”) is part of this widget giving you insights from your community. Not labeling yet? Well, now’s a good time to start!
Performance of your community care teams
Would you like to keep track of which team members do all the work? And which ones are responding to comments and direct messages only sporadically?
Now you can use the User Activity widget to find out how much your colleagues work. Who responds to the comments most of the time? Who is the direct message guy? Find out today.
Now you now who the chatty colleague is and who engages with your community in comments. But how long does it take for your team to respond? How long do your fans have to wait before their queries get answered?
With the Direct Message Response Time widgets, you will be able to get answers to all of these questions - and see whose swift responses make your fans happy.
Want to report on your entire team? No problem. Just create a Group in Settings, add group members and you are all set!
Adjustable feed width in Community
Are you using Community and you feel like the lines break too early, especially for longer comments? From now on, you can choose to adjust the width of the feeds in Community. Just select the feed and select ‘Enlarge feed’ to increase its width. Fast and easy!
