Simplify Your Reporting with Cross-Platform Metrics: See the Big Picture of Your Performance Across Platforms
With Cross-platform metrics you can get a quick summary of your performance across platforms. Get an aggregated view of your performance on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest for following KPIs:
Community Size - Your total number of Fans, Followers and Subscribers across platforms
Growth of Community Size - The change of your community members across platforms for a selected time range
Interactions - The sum of public interactions across platforms
Number of Posts - The total number of posts you have published across all platforms
You can visualize these cross-platform metrics in the following ways:
-Value Widget - to see the absolute value or absolute and relative growth
-Evolution Widget - to track the evolution of a metric over time
-Comparison Widget - to compare metrics for multiple profiles side-by-side
-Multi-Line Chart - to compare the evolution of metrics over time
-Pie Chart and Area Chart - to see the share of Interactions across multiple labels
To get started, select a widget and choose Labels from the social media platforms you would like to track.
Note that Cross-platform metrics are only available for Labels. If you have not created any Labels and would like to use the Cross Platform metric, you can do so in the Overview section for each platform. From there you can start creating Labels for anything and everything from product categories to seasons.
