Avg Response Time
The average time it took the monitored page to respond to a user's organic mention (or question) during a selected time range. An organic mention is a tweet containing another user's Twitter username, preceded by the '@' symbol at the beginning of the tweet (question). For example, '@Socialbakers, How do I become a user?' would be considered an 'organic mention' and a question. Where as, 'How do I become a user? @Socialbakers' would not be considered an 'organic mention' nor a question.

Number of Interactions per 1000 Followers
Every tweet and reply has a metric Number of interactions per 1000 followers that identifies how engaging tweet or reply is. It is the sum of interactions (replies, retweets, likes) divided by the number of followers a page had at the time of the tweet and reply, and multiplied by 1000. The daily, weekly and monthly values for this metric are then calculated as the sum of all values for this metric for all tweets and replies made on a particular day, during a particular week or month.
Moving Averages of Number of Interactions per 1000 Followers
Calculated from the sum of all daily values of Number of Interactions per 1000 Followers. For example, if in the last 7 days there are 4 days with Number of Interactions per 1000 Followers equal to 2, 3, 4 and 5, then the 7-Day Moving Average would equal ((2+3+4+5)/7) = 2
