Not sure which content you should invest budget in? With the Promoted Post Detection tool, you can find out the promoted post strategy of your competitors on Facebook. Learn which content they are posting, when they are promoting, and how it's performing to justify your own posting strategy.
You can use Promoted Post Detection for one page or multiple pages or profiles (maximum 10). Simply select the page you want to analyze (or go to the Comparison section and select multiple pages from there). Once your comparison appears - scroll over to the Promoted Post Strategy.
The Promoted Post Detection graph clearly illustrates the relationship between the number of promoted posts and the interactions from these promoted posts.
Ideally, you should aim for your posts to be in the Extremely Beneficial Promoted Posts area of the graph. If you fall within this section, your promoted post strategy is on the right track.
You can also get a side-by-side comparison of the promotion strategy of your analyzed pages.
If you are examining one or two pages or profiles, you will be presented with a “Posts in Time” chart.
In this case, you will get a breakdown of individual Promoted and Organic posts so you can see how each post is performing in terms of interactions.
