Taking care of your clients is one of the most important elements of social media. To get an idea of what your Average Response Time should be, you can look at the industry average or benchmark yourself against your competitors in the Multi-Comparison section.
In the example below, you can clearly see which profiles have the best response times. For example, though Air France gets a large number of questions, they still manage to have a low Response Time. In contrast, the other brands featured receive far fewer questions and have a lower response rate.
Take a look at the Airlines Label in the lower right hand corner. This Label represents the average of all 4 pages featured in the example. We can see that Air France is dominating the market with an above-average Response Time, despite having the highest number of questions. In contrast, Emirates has a low number of questions, and the highest Response Time out of all the brands.
Additionally, you can create a side-by-side comparison by incorporating Labels into your Socially Devoted analysis. Labels are best used to help you understand the performance of your brand in relation to your competitors, and grouped Labels.
In the example below you can see a comparison of two different Labels. This shows you how different Labels compare to each other in terms of Responded and Unresponded questions. We can see that the first set of pages is doing much better in terms of responding to User Questions, compared to the second set of pages who has only responded to 3% of User Questions.
